Sandos Caracol Eco Resort All Inclusive (Adults Only) Playa del Carmen

Both my animals and I loved being there. I was here for 3 nights and ate at à la carte restaurant for dinner. The staff were welcoming and exceptional and the location was marvellous right in the jungle. What's more, it was 15 mins drive from Xcalacoco.

Spent my time lovely here, I appreciated the place. New-fashioned and perfect room on bar with a dated budget motel was enjoyable. Exceptional and pleasant staff who were always there to help.

Best place I've stayed in before now due to staff and cleanliness. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and lunch, I tried excellent dishes.

The food was exceptional with variety of alternatives.

Facilities were excellent, but Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Everything was excellent, pleasant staff, lovely location just next door to the beach for free and the river. Well cleaned room with a hot tub, room service and wake-up service were a nice surprise.

Had a comfortable stay for one visit, liked staff and drinks. The room was huge with 2 double beds and had wake-up service and room service.

Secluded location, LOVELY breakfast. The units are updated, light. La Brasserie, where you can eat lunch, is walking distance to the hotel.

Everything was very good as always. The staff were fabulous, amazing bed, sumptuous breakfast. The location was prime, just a pleasant stroll away from Grand Coral Golf Riviera Maya. We visited the lobby bar and really enjoyed the complimentary drinks. Hotel was spotless and the service was great!

by and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in playa del carmen, had much fun. breakfast was above average - lots of food and strong drinks. the staff was impeccable, very good service.

Air conditioned room in an absolutely wonderful location, very peaceful stay overall. Staff were happy to help and were amazing when I arrived.

Have stayed at this very family friendly hotel before now and always had brilliant service. Spotless, cozy bed, perfect location. Loved free wireless internet and video games in the room. Breakfast was delicious, there were decent eggs, pastries and fruit...

We loved this place, everything was well managed. Reasonably good breakfast, courteous service. Basic facilities and the pool was good. The restaurant was perfect, and staff thoughtful!

Overall I loved that perfectly fine hotel. Modern bathroom, immensely pleasant staff, what was important for me. The venue was spotless and the location was stunning. Perfect service, perfect breakfast.

Very very nice staff, appetising food and large breakfast. There were television, terrace and microwave in the room, loved that. Thanks to an excellent service I had a very comfortable stay.
